Use this form to report suspected corruption, bribery, fraud, conflicts of interest, harassment, information security or privacy violations, or any other breach of Zarv's policies. You don't have to identify yourself.
What this channel is not
- It is a form on our website, not a phone hotline, and it is not run by a third party.
- Like any visit to this site, the connection goes through Cloudflare, which hosts the site and runs the bot check. Zarv receives only the content of the form.
- To stay anonymous, leave out details that would reveal who you are and, if you prefer, use a device and network that are not the company's.
